How communication happens on Super Deluxe.



How can I be notified?

However you want to be. We're not going to spam you, but sometimes we do need to inform you about stuff. So, in your Account Preferences, you can choose to receive our notifications within the website, at your personal email address, or both.


Problems sending messages?

Make sure both the subject line and the body of the message are filled out. It won't send otherwise. Also, keep the subject line to 255 characters or less, and the body area to 3,500 characters or less. If nothing happens when you click "Send," it may be our system's fault. Wait a little bit and try again. If it still doesn't work, contact us at support@superdeluxe.com.


When will Super Deluxe message you?

When we're emotionally prepared to. Like when members add you as a contact, and when they leave a comment on a video of yours. In addition, we'll sometimes contact you about more weighty matters, such as when we want to promote your video on our home page (good!), or when you've uploaded an "inappropriate" video (bad!). Either way, we promise never to send you any spam. We hate it as much as you do.
