Why won't your video play?

Super Deluxe video requires a JavaScript enabled web browser and at least version 8 of the Flash Player plug-in. If our video doesn't load in your browser, check your browser options to make sure you have JavaScript enabled. You can also try downloading the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. After installing the latest player plug-in, restart your browser, and come back to Super Deluxe.

If our video still doesn't play, are you running any third party ad-blocking / Flash-blocking browser extensions? If so, try toggling them off, restarting your browser, and reloading our video.

If after all that you still can't get it to load, send us an email at support@superdeluxe.com, and please note what operating system, web browser, and any other special add-ons / utilities / plug-ins you're running.
